Rules Draft:
Mankind is dying! It's a slow and painful death. The future seemed so promising, bright, full of hope… but then pride undoes the mightiest. Humanity's greatest champion turned against his own father, dragging the whole star-spanning empire into seven years of inconceivable bloodshed. Billions, upon billions, have perished already, but the butcher's bill is far from being complete. An almost endless army of traitors gathers to deliver a coup de grace to their own race. Terra, Old Earth itself, the cradle of humanity awaits its rendezvous with death.
The Siege of Terra was a conflict so massive, so chaotic in its scale, that only fragments of myths survived, the stuff of legends. This two-day event aims to recreate this feeling. Be part of this epic struggle for mankind's future. Unique tables will be prepared each with its own short story, recreating moments throughout the siege including breakthroughs, assaults, ambushes, and denial actions up to the last stands.
Players will be divided into two teams loyalists and traitors. Each attendee will play four games over two days. Each game will be played on a table with pre-set up the terrain, with corresponding story fragments and missions.
The event will use rules and missions from all up-to-date, official Horus Heresy: Age of Darkness publications with FAQs and the errata. Please note that a couple of additional rules/adjustments will be provided as a part of the rules pack. As a story of the event, no named characters datasheets including primarchs will not be allowed.
Catering and Food Options: Regarding food and refreshments, there are food stalls available within the PVA complex, right next to Hall 8. Additionally, we are negotiating to have on-site catering and food sales directly within our hall. At this time, meal vouchers will not be implemented; however, food and beverages will be available for purchase on-site.
